The staff at the Records Center is more than willing to assist with short and specific inquiries related to Butler County Records. For more in-depth genealogical requests, it may take some additional time, and these are typically handled by volunteers at the records center. However, if a request is too extensive, it might be returned to the sender with a suggestion to engage a "paid" researcher who specializes in handling such detailed requirements.
In cases where requests involve a significant number of copies, advance payment will be required before processing and sending the copies.
