Request a Record

The center accepts only specific requests by mail or e-mail. All record requests must be picked up at the designated location, unless otherwise requested below.

Please provide as much information as possible. It is helpful to include the name(s) of the person(s) being researched, applicable dates, type of records being sought, your mailing address, a daytime phone number, and an authorization for copying costs.

Copying Costs for records are $.10 per page copied (The first five copies are complimentary). Fees for certification mailing will be added.

Note: Because of researchers who request records and then do not send the funds for their materials and postage, we have been forced to change our mail out policy. Requests involving a large number of copies will be billed prior to the packet being sent.
