If you do not have water and your account does not meet one of the following situations, please call (513) 887-3066, option 1 to report the outage.
- Is your account past due?
If your water service has been disconnected for nonpayment, pay the outstanding balance here or call (513) 887-3066, option 3. You will need your account number.
(Helpful hint: After entering your account number, enter only your last name in the Customer Name field to find your invoices online.
After the payment transaction is completed, call us and select option 5 to be added to the turn on list. There is a $111.00 charge for service reconnections after normal hours.
Reconnections will not be made after 9:00pm.
- Have you received a SERVICE NOTICE door tag or letter requesting an appointment for a needed repair?

- Is your backflow inspection past due?
Commercial and Industrial customers who have past due backflow inspections will need to submit test results through BSI Online. Find information regarding your device through the Customer Portal. Call (513) 887-3686 to be added to the turn on list or if you have questions regarding your required backflow testing.
Note: When a disconnection trip is made to the location, a disconnection trip charge of $40 will be charged to your account. Payment at the time of disconnection or other circumstances resulting in the water service remaining on will not void the $40 disconnection trip charge once the technician arrives at the location.
